Steps to reproduce:
1. cd cd /var/local/builds/tsa-build-bidmgr-2010-08-13-p174-r27057
2.Run ./generate-discrepancies-resolver.sh -d3 -a 289 -S 3 -E 2010-08-05 -T 2010-08-04 2>&1|tee -a /tmp/resolver_google.log
3.Check the 'resolver_google.log' file and see how much time it takes to resolve the discrepancies...
