Link Scoring: tags not being stripped from the input fields

Hi Pradeep,

Just out of curiosity I checked to see if tags were being stripped from the input fields. They weren't. This is a really big bug. For an example try creating a new report and make the name of the report "<div style="color: red;">Warning Will Robinson! Warning! Warning!</div>" What you'll find is the report will show up in red! This is very bad and I've already come up with a fix for it that I've checked into trunk. The fix will be in build 52.

I highly recommend deploying build 52 to client-pc for testing and make sure this issue is resolved.
