Description
Cancel request link is not implemented.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the Redirect Checker tool.
2. Submit the valid url list file to tool.
3. Double click on the latest report id/row.
4.Check if there is "cancel Request" link is present if the status-not started /in progress
