Description
It is observed that user can't submit the report after getting the message :" Report Name from the same user already Exists!! "even after changing report name.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to the Tool.
2.Click on Upload File link.
3.Upload file,select user agent and enter valid email address.
4.Enter the Report:Existing report name and click on SUBMIT button- user gets message :"Report Name from the same user already Exists!"
5.Change the report Name and click on SUBMIT button.
Actual Result: User get message :"Report Name from the same user already Exists!"
Expected Result: The report should be submitted successfully.
