Description
It is observed that user gets the error message:" Report Name from the same user already Exists!! "after submitting the report with blank user agent.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to the Tool.
2.Click on Upload File link.
3.Upload file,keep user agent BLANK ,enter valid email address and enter valid Report Name.
4.Click on SUBMIT button.
Actual Result: User get message :"Report Name from the same user already Exists!"
Expected Result: The report should be submitted successfully.
