ReDirect_Checker: Creating the duplicate report if there is difference in Email field.

It is observed that duplicate report are created if there has difference in Email field.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Login to the tool

2.Browse the file, Select the user agent,Enter Email Address as : atul.sanagar@thesearchagency.com and Enter report name as

"report123"

3.Click the SUBMIT button. ReportList page is displayed showing the generated report "report123"

4.Now Click on Upload File and enter the same details as above except email field as "atul.sanagar123@thesearchagency.com"

5.Click the SUBMIT button, User gets the message : "Report Name from the same user already Exists!"

6.Click the SHOW REPORTS button, it is displaying the newly generated report.
