Account Settings: Old Account Setup: Invalid Values Entered Into Accounts Table When Editing Inactive Account

The perfMetric and providesConversionData fields of the accounts table are blanked out from the following procedure on the 'Old Acct Setup' page:

1) Select an account to make inactive

2) Mark the account 'Inactive', and then 'Save Changes'

3) Once the page reloads, reselect the same account from the account dropdown on the page

4) Tick the 'Active' radio button, then tick the 'Inactive' radio button.

5) Click the 'Save Changes' button. This will result in the 'Performance Metric' field being blank, and the 'Client Provides Conversion Data' field to be blank as well

These fields being invalid lead to failures in calls to the User Account Service, resulting in lost functionality on pages like create reports.
