Description
Its observed that for Viking account with Facebook publisher feed, campaignID is always ZERO for one of the source "55+_2010 Summer_RB"

1.Upload a Facebook publisher for account-Viking River.
2.Login to staging-xml1 and run as 'root' user
sudo -i /opt/publishers-filepull.sh
3.cd /usr/local/tsa/bidmgr/
./load-publisher.sh -d3 -F -XN Facebook_VikingRiver.xml -XL /var/local/tsa/datafeedConfig/ 2>&1|tee /tmp/Facebook_VikingRiver22.log
4.Now check the values in table `sources`

Now see sources -"55+_2010 Summer_RB",campaignId=0.
I checked it with different publisher feeds but always its showing ZERO for sources "55+_2010 Summer_RB".
