Suppose some of the Keyword's refcd have value "None" for publisher feed (attached ).It has 2 keyword one of the keyword's refcd value is NONE.
and after running the /load-publisher.sh -d3 -F -XN VibrantMedia.xml -XL /var/local/tsa/datafeedConfig/ 2>&1|tee /tmp/VM_DF27.log
