            Description

            Publisher feed having Ad name as " |<AdName>" is processed successfully and inserted altkey as " |<AdName>".

            Test Data:17_188_20100803.csv and Kontera.xml attached.

            tvvm-staging-xml1:/usr/local/tsa/bidmgr# ./load-publisher.sh -d3 -F -XN Kontera.xml -XL /var/local/tsa/datafeedConfig/ >&1 | tee /tmp/Kontera_None_Keyword.log.

            It working fine if adname has the format "none|<AdName>".
