Extended UDF: data availability for "PF LD" column (publisher feed load) recording under yesterday, when it should be recording under the date of the data

The load-all-publishers app appears to save data availability under "yesterday" instead of under the date the data is associated with it.

This is inconsistent with how the warehouse summarizer stores the data availability (by date of the data). As shown by the screenshot, where PF WH (warehouse summarizer) is stored for 12/2 (and NOT 12/13) but there is no PF LD entry for 12/2 (it was instead entered under 12/13).
