Description
The following error is causing the event listener (and sesummarize and pixel summarization) to fail:

the problem according to /tmp/event-listener.log, everytime it went to run an sesumm or pixelsumm:
Exception [Error running command: ]:java.io.IOException:
java.io.IOException: Too many open files
This occurred on 3/3 and 3/4. Occurred a couple time before in February as well.
This affects morning Data Availability (all data).
