Description
Run a link score report for:
client: http://www.realtor.com/
Make it only one page to analyze, this one:
www.realtor.org/press_room/news_releases/2009/08/uptrend_pending
You will see, when you get the result, that there are two links on this page that are interesting. The first, a link to realtor.ORG has anchor text "Pay Dues" (you'll see it at the top right of that page).
But the correct anchor text, for the client's website being analyzed (realtor.COM), is at the bottom of the page and is in fact "REALTOR.com" Link Scoring however reports the relevant anchor text as being the "Pay Dues" one.
I am guessing that perhaps the TLD is being chopped off and the links are being analyzed for the string "realtor" rather than "realtor.com" as they should be???
This was identified by the users, for realtor.com in particular it makes the type of analysis they're trying to do difficult as many links are from realtor.org a
