Toolbar PageRank and SEOMoz variables sometimes do not show up in the output

From time to time (seems like it happens 100% of the time if you put in an 8,000-10,000 report, and something like 10-20% of the time for smaller reports), the Toolbar PageRank column is not populated, and/or the SEOMoz variables are not populated.

Patrick has seen cases where one is the case and not the other; Ted has seen numerous cases where both sets of data are missing.

Patrick has done some investigation that shows that STAT and/or SEOMoz are not returning the results in those cases - he has retrys programmed in, but one of the following is probably a problem:

1.) Perhaps the length of time between, or the number of retries, is insufficient

2.) Perhaps there is a problem on our end from a network or some other standpoint.

There are two approaches to digging into this: extensive investigation by Patrick (i.e. looking for cause #2), or simply upping the amount of time between retries and the number of retries in the hopes that it solves the problem the majority of the time (i.e. addressing possible cause #1).
