TSA Tracking: Playback: Unable To Create PixelPlaybackStatus

            Staging-xml1 build-bidmgr-2011-05-03-p48-r29335

            Description

            After running the following command on staging:

            ./v2pixel_playback.sh -a 541 -d 3 2> /tmp/May3_pixplayback2

            I saw this error in the logs:

            2011-05-03 13:11:23.787 (1) [P1T1]: Error: Unable To Create PixelPlaybackStatus Row For SiteID: 560

            The log is still on staging-xml1 and was run by tsaapp
