TSA Pixel Tracking V2: v2pixsync.sh the syncwp_* log files are using the --run-for-date argument for naming, instead of the real run date

When v2pixsync.sh runs it can accept a --run-for-date parameter to override the normal behavior of sync'ing the last hour. If this parameter is present, it is being used as the date basis for the syncwp_* log file name, when in fact that log file name should use the current date of the system.
