Linkscore Report completes with "SUCCESS" status on the UI when it should be "SUCCESS WITH ERRORS"

            Description

            During report processing, there was a failure to connect to the Linkscape API. This should always result in a report status of "SUCCESS WITH ERRORS" visible in the UI as well as in the report output. Currently only the report output displays the status correctly. Indications are that once the report output is written, and final steps are performed to finish the report, the status is overwritten to "SUCCESS" and the service returns the incorrect status to the UI for display. .
