            Description

            There have been a few occurrences where a crawl will crash on the AWS nodes and the ability to send a "crawl failed" message is lost, resulting in a crawl that appears to be still running in the UI, when it is not. This will typically require a manual update of the crawl/report records in the database to mark them with a failed status in order for the UI to reflect the correct status.
