            Description

            The AdMax UI allows you to create time based bidding rules that change bid amounts for elements that are not biddable.

            Elements that we should not allow TBB rules to be created for include those that are using Conversion Optimized or Budget Optimized bidding strategies managed by Google.

            The affected elements should still be able to pause and un-pause with TBB rules, but changing their bids is not supported by Google and the apparent support in AdMax may confuse users.
