New keywords are not adding to the staging (Admax UI)

Steps to reproduce:

1.Login to google adword and navigate to test account- cellular safety commission.

2.Navigate to CSC>Campaign#2>CSC

3.Add the keyword - "cell test"

4.Run tsaapp@tvvm-staging-xml1:/usr/local/tsa/bidmgr$ ./seupdate.sh -d3 --distribution 3 --accounts --groups --listings --accountid 17 2>&1|tee /tmp/addkeyword.log

on staging-xml1

5.Login to admax UI and navigate to SEM>Bidding

6.Click on interactive and select "Google Adwords" and campaign#2

7.Click on MAKE REQUEST.

8.Observe if the new keyowrd "cell test" is added.
