Description
- Add DA for WarehouseETL
- Display this status for all users
- Only display Daily Perf for admins
When Perfsumm and WarehouseETL are replaced by WarehouseSummarizer, it will use
the new Warehouse DA, and the Daily Perf DA will be retired.
