Velocity token that is not replaced during ADR generation causes error dialog when opening the report in excel

I generated an ADR from an existing crawl (S-932/R-1279). This specific crawl has two pages that contain Critical and Warning level issues, but no information level issues. The warning dialog (screens attached) displays because the velocity tokens that would be replaced/expanded with info severity info are not replaced (again - no info level issues to display).

The tested solution to this issue is to use quiet reference notation in the velocity tag so that if there is no info to replace the tag with, it will be replaced with an empty value. This is a quick fix to the property file.
