            Description

            Not able to access Admax UI daily morning time...

            An Internal Error has occurred. Please contact software support if the problem persists.

            UTILS.INC.PHP: Unexpected error: ReportServiceAdapterException; nested exception is: com.thesearchagency.service.chart.adapter.ReportServiceAdapterException: ERROR :: Retrieving DefaultReportTemplate. Constant TSA_ERROR_MESSAGE_BOX_STYLE already defined

            For accessing the Admax UI, we need to restart jboss 4 and 5 and Apache services...
