Non Admin user is able to link Campaign to Account , both having different timezone, successfully.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as Non-Admin to Admax UI.

2.Navigate to SEM >>Account>Account Setup for account : WWW CSC

3.See snapshot

attached. Campaign#25 was already synced having timezone as "US/Pacific"

4.Now Sync/Link it and press OK...

Actual Result: No warning message/Dialog Box, See the snapshot attached -
