ADR Report Generation: quits after reaching JVM heap limit on large reports

See Eventum ticket # 8439 Realtor report has been generating for over four days.

Issue reproduced for Realtor.com and Zillow.com ADR reports. These reports tip the scales of available heap space near the end of the generation process where Velocity merges data into the excel template. Specifically, these sites have large numbers of URLs with capitol letters (almost all of the URLs actually).

A fix to increase the memory allocation to the JVM is tested with these reports in the production env and will remain in place (will not require an emergency deploy). Code fix will be checked into trunk and available for a future deployment.
