ADR v3 - 301 redirects considered in issue tabs

            Description

            These issues are occurring because these pages are just plain 301 redirects and they shouldn't be considered for issue tabs.

            Only the URLs with status code 200 should be considered for issue tabs like Missing H1, Missing title etc. This will need some query modifications in ADRBuilder app:

            Getting "Missing Meta Descriptions" in this ADR for Realtor.com

            But they all seem to have Meta Descriptions.

            (I extracted only the ADR tab - due to download speed restrictions)
