Date selector doesn't pick the yesterday's date based on TimeZone
1.User time Zone: Pacific/Auckland
2.Current Date and Time in Pacific/Auckland
Mon 24-Oct-2011 05:20 A.M.
and select date "What day of file for" and custom date- Today's date is showed as "23"

Should the date be displayed based on TimeZone -today's time in user timezone (Pacific/Auckland ) is 24th Oct.
