            Description

            maven bidmgr build broke cluster service calls.

            1st problem found was Exception: missing class found in com.sun.xml.rpc.jaxrpc-impl.1.1.3_01.jar

            2nd problem found - cluster client is using axis rpc to connect to service cxf jaxws
