AdMax: Account ID's->Account Setup Info, Duplicate 'Site ID:' fields displayed

            Description

            Navigate to

            SEM->Admin Tools->Account ID's->Account Setup Info

            The list of attributes contains two entries for Site ID, one directly below Account ID, and a second at the very bottom of the list.

            The second entry at the bottom of the list should be removed.
