rerun-google.sh causes blank data after time zone project was released

            Description

            The rerun-google.sh script fails somehow in the staging portion. The effect is that the run of the script zero's out the data. This started to occur after the time zone project was released. The rerun-msn.sh script does not seem to have the same problem.

            This was tested on 1-800-Flowers and Schumacher Homes in production.
