Cloud Spider UI: Credentials fields do not appear when user clicks on "Site Requires Authentication" text

Steps:

1. Log into admax and navigate to SEO -> Architecture -> Spider.

2. Once the Spider tool shows up, click on "Site Requires Authentication" text (not the checkbox itself)

Observation:

Even though, on clicking the text "Site Requires Authentication", the checkbox gets checked, the credentials fields (for Username and Password input) do not appear. On clicking the text again, the checkbox gets unchecked but now the credentials field appear.

The behavior is fine when the user clicks on the checkbox instead of text.

Expected Behavior:

Just by clicking on the text "", the credential fields must get shown to the user.
