Description
Instead of calling the correct script, the it looks like the web service is calling "donothing.sh" 
This should be trivial to fix, but does require deploying a new version of the yell budgeting tool service.

Has the budget posting from AdMax Budget Tool to AdWords restricted to twice every day?
Previously Budget tool used to push the budgets immediately after the budget changes were saved in the tool, but now the changes are not instant. I checked last one week's history and Budget Tool has been posting budget only twice every day (once at around 1:00 am GMT and second time at around 7:00 pm GMT). So whatever changes we set on the tool at around 5:00 to 7:00 am GMT gets uploaded only at 7:00 pm GMT.
As a result of this, we are manually changing the Budgets in AdWords if not by the time budget tool updates the budget it would very late in the evening.
Can this be fixed?
