Description
MSN AdCenter Creative Management Tool is attached directly to TSA Search Engine
Logins, and not the TSA Search Engine Accounts.
WITH MSN, when TSA Search Engine Accounts are assigned to ANOTHER TSA Account
(other than what is assigned as the TSA Search Engine Login), that MSN Account
is not accessible to that OTHER TSA Account.
