Client Control Center is serving a PHP file versus an XLS/CSV when trying to download a performance report.

            Description

            This bug seems to be account specific and date range specific. I have tried
            different date ranges, different accounts, and different filter configurations.

            Specifically, when trying to run a performance report WITH COMPARISION DATA
            enabled that is:

            Account: Value Click – PriceRunner
            Report Type: Limited to Paid Search -> By Keyword
            Date Range: 07/06/2006 - 07/12/2006

            The Client Control Center offers a blank file named "perfsumrept.php". The
            normal behavior would be to include a file full of data called "tsa-report.xls"
            or "tsa-report.cvs" (depending on which report file format you are requesting).

            This unexpected behavior occurs on either the excel version or the text(csv)
            version.
