Description
Create a empty tagsheet with only column headers and ensure there are not tags or other entries added (Empty_tags_file.csv)
1. Login to Admax
2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Apply Tags, select the "upload File" button
3. In the dialog box, select the empty tag sheet and click on upload button
Found that there are no validation and UI shows message as "Upload Started" and there are no errors in jboss server log
Observed in staging-db5, tagging_service -> tagImportJobs table , the "error Text" column shows the below exception
