Description
1. Login to Admax as a new user (has not done any prior tag uploads) say: testtech
2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Apply Tags, select the "upload File" button
3. In the dialog box, select any invalid tag sheet and click on upload button, to do a first time upload
Found that the tag upload fails and it is shown in the database but in the "Apply Tag" view Grid there are no updates about the first failed upload job and it shows as no pending updates (even as the page is refreshed)
Note:
Later if any successful uploads are done these failed upload jobs will also be listed with them
