            Description

            I am getting the following error: 'Unauthorized to upload tags for account TSA - Martian Tourism (id=61'

            As far as I can tell, I have access to account 618 that Im uploading. I have attached the upload and a screenshot. Tested with jclarke userID 63.

            Im uploading this as an admin. The same file can be uploaded as 'bduffy' userID 189
