Description
1. Login to Admax as "testbizdev" (pwd:testbizdev)
2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting tab
=> Found that the "Apply Tags" page is not available as expected, as the user doesn't have "WRITE and Bid Management" permissions
3. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Create Reports page
Observed that the "Include Tag Columns" check box is available in the Columns "section" but this user cannot upload tags
