No tagging columns with multi account report

            Description

            Running a report with more than one account does not show the tagging columns

            See R-363-880 on staging. This is for all my account YTD with tags.

            Open the csv, and there are no tagging columns. Copy the report, and run it for one account, you will see tagging columns.
