Tagging UI: Include Tags help dialog box opens to cover the entire page in chrome

            Description

            1. Login to Admax in google chrome

            2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Create Reports page

            3. Click on the help icon near "Include Tag Columns "check box

            Observed that the info page opened with "Explain Tagging" heading opens and maximizes to cover the entire admax page

            Note:

            In browser FF and IE the info page opens to its expected small size to show its contents
