Tagging UI : Error while opening when downloading zipped taghsheet in IE

      Description

      1. In IE, login to Admax

      2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Apply Tags

      3. Upload a zipped tagsheet and wait till it gets listed in its Apply Tags grid

      4. Click on the zip tagsheet to open it (attached the zip file downloaded from IE)

      It shows an error dialog as

      "Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.

      If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again."

      Note:

      Observed no errors in downloading zipped tagsheets from other browsers and opening it
