Reporting: Creating report for All Dates fails with Invalid date

1. Login to Admax

2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Create Reports

3. Submit a report for Avalon bay after selecting the following "Level: account, View By:Summary ,Date Range: All Dates"

=> Observed it shows a warning message as "This report may take some time to complete"

4. click on the Submit button

Observed that it moves to "View Reports" page and fails with the error message as "An error occurred in this report, which aborted its completion:" with "Invalid Date"

Also it shows as "DateErrorMST blrInvalidDate" under the description column

Note:

1. Reports submitted for "All Dates" fails irrespective of the "Include Tags Column" check box is selected
