Tagging: Single tags are listed with semicolon at end

1. Login to Admax

2. Navigate to Home -> Reporting ->Create Reports

3. Submit a report for an Account

4. Download the report, add a single tag and upload it from Apply Tags module

5. Submit for the copy of the report at step#3

6. View the create report in html view

Actual Result:

Observed that the single tag added is listed with the semicolon at the end

Expected Result:

Since there is only a single tag it should not be accompanied with semicolon at the end
