Description
When a Campaign is Active, but some Ad Groups are paused in the campaign, we are not able to pull in the data for the paused Ad Groups, even when we run an seupdate with the deleted flag and something like this to pull in the data:
/usr/local/tsa/bidmgr/seupdate.sh -d3 -a 131 --distribution 3 --groups --listings --deleted
$DIR/googlemcc.sh --skip-event -d3 --date 2012-09-13 -a 131 -U 227 --force && $DIR/sesummarize.sh -d3 --date 2012-09-07 -U 227 --prevent-whsumm --deleted && $DIR/whsumm.sh $debug --date 2012-09-07 -a 131 --engines --distribution 3 --deleted
