Description
There is currently no method or process of dealing with accounts like this.
Currently, when anything is added to the Search Engine settings either manually
or through a "master account" backend process, SE accounts are created.
When these accounts are created and then removed OR mistakes happen,
"(disabled)" occurrs. We need a way to remove (disabled) accounts from our
system. Or at least a preference to remove them from view to allow easier UI
manageability.
