deleted campaigns aren't setting end date in `st-tracker`.admaxNominalMonthlyBudgets

            Description

            I just ran updateCampaignStatus and terminated all campaigns for a customer. When I look in `st-tracker`.admaxNominalMonthlyBudgets, the endDate is NULL.

            Expected behavior: endDate gets set to the date the campaign was deleted.
