Reseller Onboard Script: Update to allow specific reseller user passwords

Reseller onboard script always generates new passwords for the reseller users created. This is painful for demo system users since they would have to use a new, generated password every time the demo system is updated with a new realm (using the script). Solution is to update the script to (optionally) use a password passed in as an argument for each reseller user.
