GoogleSyncManagerUsernames running in infinite loop

I'm testing this in SMB and discovered the Client IDs run infinitely in a loop. There seems to be a difference in what AdWords API v201109 returns from what v13 returned. v201109 returns the clientId passed into the request back in the response (guessing v13 didn't do that), so when the code executes it keeps finding itself as a subMCC and runs in a loop.
