Order display time is too slow

Loading the orders list is taking a wicked long time in the following areas:

1. Initial log in time, it takes 12-15 seconds to display the list of orders, even though you only see the first 25. There are ~167 orders in the system
2. Creating a new order, wipes out the order list, and then takes around 5-7 seconds to load the list and show the new order
3. Clicking from merchants to orders forces a reload of the list and it takes about 5-7 seconds to load the list, in the meantime, the list is blank.
