Loading merchants list is taking too long.

Loading merchant list is pretty slow. It is slow in the following areas:

1. Initially loading the list of 130 merchants takes 5-8 seconds
2. Creating a new merchant, when you click save, the merchant list is emptied and it takes 5-8 seconds for the list to repopulate and you'll see the new merchant.
